That the date of maturity of such not or notes shall not and does not extend beyond the applicable period provided by Section 24.00 of the said Local Finance Law for tht maturity of such notes, to wit: beyond one year from the date of issuance. Said note or notes are authorized to be issued in anticipation of the collection of real estate taxes levied for the School District fiscal year beginning July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Section 3.

That the amount of real estate taxes levied for the School District 1977-78 fiscal year, remaining uncol lected against which such note ts authorized to be issue in the sum of 19,292,530.00 as of July 1, 1977, ana BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Section 4. Subject to the provisions of this resolution and Local Finance Law, me powers and duties of the Board of Education relative to prescribing the terms, form and content and to the sale of issuance of the notes and the renewals thereof, are hereby delegat ed to the President of the Board of Education, the Chief Fiscal Officer of the School District, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Sections. The validity of the notes authorized by this resolution may be contested only if: a. such obligations are authorized for an obiect or purpose for which the School District is not authorized to expend money, or b. the provisions of law which should be complied with at the date of the publication of such ordinance, are not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contest ing such validity, is commenced with in twenty days after the date of such publication, or such obligations are authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Section.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maureen (Bris-lin) Skinner, two daughters, Rosemary C.

Skinner, Colleen M. Skinner, three sons, James P. Skinner, Michael R. Skinner, and Robert G. Skinner, bis mother, Mrs.

Elizabeth Skinner, a sister, Mrs. Rose Marie Brislin, a brother, Robert P. Skinner, all of Binghamton; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Ralph M. Skinner, on July 21, 1973.

He was an employe of IBM, Owego, with 20 years of service. He was a member of St Paul Church and its Holy Name Society, a member Knights of Columbus, and was also a veteran. Funeral services will be held Thurs day, at 10:30 a.m. at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, 137 Robinson Binghamton and at 11 a.m.

at St. Paul's Church where a Mass of the Resur rection will be offered. Bur will be in Calvary Ceme- tery. Friends are invited to call Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

WILCOX Robert (Robbie) Wilcox, 6, of 17 Pleasant Afton, died Mon day at the Sloan Kettering Memorial Hospital, new York City, after a long illness. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ken neth Wilcox, Alton; two brothers, Kenneth and Jimmy Wilcox, at home; two sisters. Dawn and Mary Jean Wilcox, both at home; maternal grandparents, Mr.

and Mrs. Flovd McGlone, Long Island; paternal -an Mr. ana Mrs. illiam Wilcox, Unadilla; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a kindergarten student at the Afton Central School.

He was a member of St. Agnes Catho lic Church, Afton. Funeral services will be held Thurs day at 10:30 a.m. at St. Agnes catholic Uiurcn, with Father Stanley Ger-lock officiating.

Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton. The family will receive friends at the Karschner Funeral Home, 121 Main Afton, Wednesday evening from 7 to 9. Recitation of the Rosary will be held Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. CAREY Gladys I.

Carey, 74, of Brady Hill Road, Binghamton, died Sunday evening at Binghamton General Hospital, after a long illness. She is survived by Tier husband, James C. Carey, Binghamton; her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth M. Hollingsworth, Binghamton; three sisters, Mrs.

Mary E. Ames, Windsor; Mrs. Mable K. Lyon, Hall-stead, Mrs. Jessie I.

Fish, Binghamton; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a member of the Conklin Forks United Methodist Church, and of the Eastern Broome Senior Citizens. She was a licensed practical nurse in the Binghamton area for many years. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the William R.
