F. THOMAS JR. Melita Finch ADVERTISEMENT Why Woodman Cologne. For Men! While salmon fishing in the wilds of Labrador our wise guide said, "So you're cologne makers since 1907? Well, every one who comes here raves about the wonderful clear, pure air. You should make a man's cologne with the fragrance of our woods." That sounded like common sense to us.

Now after 2 years trying, testing and discarding 21 formulas, we perfected Woodman Cologne. All its 36 ingredients are perfectly blended. Work like this tests the patience of a Job. An artist sees his painting as he works, but a perfumer's nose must do it all. Each ingredient he chooses, like each shade for the artist, must complement the others.

This is how Woodman Cologne was developed. Now wear this wild north-land fragrance with confidence and be proud. Sold exclusively in Binghamton by Sall-Stearns. Copyright 1973, Raynesford P. Bacorn, Elmira, N.Y.
