Romanczuk, 68, of 133 Gaylord passed away Saturday at Binghamton General Hospital after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Lila (Wheelock) Romanczuk, Binghamton; three step-sons, Gary Joy, Terry Joy and Floyd "Sam" Clark, all of Binghamton one step-daughter, Cathie and her husband, Joseph DeLisa, Michigan; four grandchildren, Todd Joy, Joey DeLisa, Jeff Clark and David Clark. He is also survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward and Frances Romanczuk, Binghamton and Walter and Doris Romanczuk, Binghamton; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Anna and Charles Os-man, Binghamton, Evelyn and George Cipar, Buffalo, Betty Ralph, Eleanor Keeney, Arizona; several nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Immanuel Presbyterian Church and a salesman for many years with both EPCO Foods and Polar Foods of Binghamton. He was a retiree of the Fairview Good Shepherd Home. Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 549 Chenango Binghamton with Rev. Peter Sulyok, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions made to the Immanuel Presbyterian Church in his memory. Arrangements are by Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home Inc. Christine Capalaces, Binghamton, Mrs. John (Donna Jean) Ship-tenko, Brankon, four sons and three daughters-in-law, Rinaldo (Leonard) and Josephine Dellarocco, Charlotte, N.C., Alfred J. Dellarocco, Merritt Island, Joseph Jr. and Marion Dellarocco, Suffern, N.Y., LeonR. (Bud) Shear of Greene LeonR.

(Bud) Shear, 60, died Friday evening at Wilson Hospital. He is survived ty his wife, Marilyn Shear, Greene; two sons, Brian Cochardo, James Shear, both of Greene; two daughters and a son-in-law, Roxanne Loomis, Kathleen and Martin Ross, all of Greene; three grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Treadwell, Thelma Hamilton, both of Chenango Bridge, Hilda Seeley and Elsie Dutcher, both of Binghamton; also several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Zion Episcopal Church of Greene, a member of the Greene Valley React, a veteran of World War II, U.S. Navy, a member of the First Ward American Legion and was a Scout Master in Greene for several years. Funeral services will be held at the J.

F. Rice Funeral Home 150 Main Johnson City, Tuesday at 11 :30 a.m. with Rev. Robert Lawthers, rector of the Zion Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Floral Park Cemetery.

Rackley, 60, of 11 Mun-sell died Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She is survived by her mother, Loretta Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Marguerite and Arthur Heath, Port Crane, Selma Dryden, Syracuse; four brothers and one sister-in-law, William and Mabel Buchanan, Binghamton, Howard, Samuel and George, all of Binghamton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, 1 p.m. at the William R. Chase Son Inc.

Henry V. Johnson of Binghamton Henry V. Johnson, 77, of 1 Yager passed away at 7:45 p.m. Friday, at Binghamton General Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs.

Gertrude Johnson, Binghamton; one son, Eugene V. Johnson Port Dickinson; one daughter, Ruth M. Johnson, Binghamton; two brothers, Ray and Art Johnson; two sisters, Ruth Oltrogge, Florence Freebern; three grandsons, Eugene V. Johnson Philip and Paul Johnson, all of Port Dickinson; one granddaughter, Ruth Ann Johnson, Port Dickinson; one aunt, Miss Effie Virgil; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Funeral and commital services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the Hopler Funeral Home, 483 Chenango with the Rev. Jack Beukema, pastor of his church, officiating. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; three daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Craig Richards, Chenango Forks, Nancy and Darrell Dziedzic, Winters, Anne Giambalvo, Port Dickinson; three sons and daughters-in-law, John and Pamela Giambalvo, New York City, Philip Jr. and Donna Giambalvo, Bingham ton, Brian Giambalvo, Port Dickinson; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Vivian Chase, Morris, N.Y., Pauline and Leonard Greene, Schenectady, N.Y., Eleanore and Gary Rutherford, Oneonta; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Giambalvo was a sales representative for Sketchley Services for over 31 years.

Koch said yesterday he takes full responsibility for the bribery scandal that has rocked his administration, a scandal he expects will spread to more city agencies. Leland (Lee) Rounds of Greene, N.Y. Leland (Lee) Rounds, 77, of 68 S. Chenango died Jan. 23, 1986 in New Port Richey, Fla. He is survived by his wife, Anna Rounds, Greene; one son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Deborah Rounds, Dryden; two grandsons, Jeff and Scott Rounds; one sister-in-law, Mrs.

Daisy Rounds, Locke, N.Y.; also several niece and nephews. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Greene and the Eastern Light Lodge 126 F. A.M., Greene. He was the founder of Rounds Fuel Service in Greene, and the Dryden Lake Golf Course. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.

Wednesday, at the Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango Greene. The Rev. Norman Evans, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
