6-D SUNDAY, Binghamton, N. Y. October 22, 1978. Weddings McGee-Stoddard St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, Binghamton was the setting yesterday for the wedding of Frances Stoddard and Patrick McGee.

The Rev. John Mulranen officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Frank Stoddard of 153 Crary Binghamton. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bart McGee of St. Johnsville.

Kathleen Walsh was matron of honor for her sister. Cheryl Vitaletti, Mary Bowen, sister of the bridegroom, and Joanne Lee were bridesmaids. Phil Bowen was best man for his brother-in-law. Kenneth Rain, George Manor and Gerald Sweeney ushered. A reception was given at the House of Yu, Binghamton.

The graduated from Binghamton Catholic Central High School and State University of New York at Oneonta. She received her master's degree from that school and was employed by Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City.
