12-13 City Attorney's Estate Valued at $318,746 Announcement PROFESSIONAL SECRETARIAL SERVICE Prescott D. Perkins, a partner in the Binghamton law firm of Hinman, Howard Kattell, left a gross estate of $318,746.28 when he died three years ago at the age of 67. Perkins, an expert in banking law, was a member of tha board of directors of several Triple Cities industrial and commercial firms and was counsel for the First-City National Bank. He also administered tha Trust Fund of. the Broome County United Fund and was a former president of the Sus quehanna Valley Home.

Perkins left the bulk of his estate to his wife, Mrs. Esther B. Perkins, who died in November last year. They lived at 15 Campbell Road Court, Binghamton. He also bequeathed $5,000 each to his only son, Prescott D.

Perkins Jr. of Knight Road, Vestal RD 2, and to his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Sandra Perkins, according to papers filed in Broome County Surrogate Court. Mrs. Perkins, whose estate was estimated at between 1 0 0 0 0 0 and $250,000, left $5,000 to her daughter-in-law and the remainder to her son.

Miss Forsythe and Diana M. Henry, 32, of Sayre, were indicted on second degree robbery charges for robbing Paul Meikonian at his home at 33 Clarke Binghamton, on Feb. 21. Police said the two beat him over the head and took his wallet containing about $65. Miss Henry earlier pleaded guilty to the robbery charge and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of up to three years at the women's prison in Beford Hills.

Remy Perot, Endicott lawyer, represented Miss Forsythe at her sentencing yesterday before Broome County Judge Stephen Smyk. District Attorney Patrick D. Monser-ratp prosecuted. Martin, one of 14 arrested in a June 10 drug raid in Binghamton, pleaded guilty yesterday in Broome County Court to two charges stemming from that raid, according to Peter L. Martin, 25, of 7 Executive Tlaza, Endicott, pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a dangerous drug in the third degree, a felony, and criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the sixth degree, a misdemeanor, Yellin said.
