Quota Club Installs Miss MISS MARY K. THOMAS newly-elected president of Quota International Club of Binghamton, was installed at a recent meeting in the Arlington Hotel. Other new officers are: first Miss Lillian; Camen; second vice-president, Mrs. Spiridon Risk; recording secretary, Mrs. Earl W.
