iown 01 One teenage Binghamton girl was threatened with a jail sentence and another ordered to stay in at night by City Judge Walter J. Relihan today. The two girls were arrested last night by Plainclothesman Lawrence Schanz in Washington Street, near the police station, where they allegedly shouted obscenities at the plainclothesman as he left the station. Ann Visconti, 16, of 148 Susquehanna Street, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge. Judge Relihan imposed a one-year jail sentence, but withheld execution of the sentence on condition of her good behavior.

A disorderly conduct charge against her companion, Wilma Maroney, also 16, of 56 Schubert Street, was withdrawn by Assistant District Attorney Louis J. Casella with the judge's consent. But Judge Relihan told Wilma, a probationer, that she will be charged as a probation violator if she is found on the streets at night unless she is accompanied by at least one of her parents. sj gj Union, to Tony Fiacco and wife. pansion programs.
