HAMMOND Clarence A. Hammond Jr 59, formerly of Binghamton, died at his home in Oakdale, Long Island, Friday. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Ham mond, Oakdale; two sons. Dr. Fred Hammond, Santa Monica, Cal., Clarence Hammond, Oakdale, L. I.; a daughter, Miss Sue Hammond, Sayville, L. I.; two sisters, Mrs. George Robben, Palo Alto, Cal.. Mrs. Richard Hodgins, Orlando, Fla. He was a teacher at North High for several years. The body was re moved to the George H. Scholderer Home For Funerals, 269 Chenango St., where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p. m. The Rev. Leon Bou- Bou- ton will officiate; Interment will be Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m.
